Morton Grove Psychologist

Morton Grove, IL 60053

Morton Grove is located approximately 13 miles north of downtown Chicago.

Morton Grove was originally incorporated in 1911 as Tessville. It was not until 1936 that the name of the Village had been changed to Morton Grove. As of the 2000 census, Morton Grove had a population of 22,451. The Village of Morton Grove was selected by Family Circle magazine as one of the nation's "10 Best Towns for Families." Morton Grove, once a community comprised almost entirely of blue-collar workers is now attracting executives, doctors and lawyers who don't want to pay the steep prices for real estate being asked in other North Shore suburbs.

In Morton Grove, you can attend the Morton Grove Days, a multi-day community festival held annually over the 4th of July holiday that offers something for everyone. This event is sponsored by the Morton Grove Park District, the Village of Morton Grove and generous and community-spirited individual and business supporters.
